Use the same email you subscribed with — your Cloudflare-verified email must match the email you used on Substack (or at Stripe for a single dossier), otherwise the match fails silently. Sync from Substack runs every ~2 hours; if you just subscribed, give it up to ~2 hours before unlocking here. If your email isn't recognized after that, write to hello@closelook.net.
