The T1 Index — Trillion Dollar Club
$100,000 in the Trillion Dollar Club, equal-weight — reset to 1/N each time a new member crosses $1T, then left to drift. The T1 Index expressed as a live book.
Thesis
The T1 book is the T1 Index as a live portfolio: $100,000 committed to the Trillion Dollar Club, equal-weight — every stock that has ever closed at or above a $1 trillion market cap. The 13 founders were bought 1/13 each at the 2025-12-30 base; each time a new member crosses $1T — Samsung, Micron and SK Hynix in 2026 — the book is rebalanced back to equal weight, funded by trimming the existing holdings rather than adding cash.
Between crossings the book is left to drift — a name that runs carries a heavier weight until the club next changes. Because new members are funded by rebalancing and not by fresh capital, the book and the index move together: there are no deposits, so the return needs no time-weighting adjustment. The headline is the book's gain since the 2025-12-30 inception, which equals the index.
The composition below shows each holding at its current drifted weight, with per-position P&L measured since the most recent club rebalance (the last $1T crossing); the headline return is the full since-inception NAV gain. Live index: The T1 Index → CL-T1.
